• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight for USPS Ground and flat rates for USPS Priority Mail. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $125.

• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. USPS and FedEx provide estimated delivery times on their respective websites.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your LUMI purchase. If for any reason you're dissatisfied, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team for exchange instructions.

• Returns: We accept returns for defective products only. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the defect.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, except in cases of defective products.

• Gift Services: Gift wrapping and additional gift-related services are available for an extra fee and are non-refundable.

• Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the United States and do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
