  • Returns: We accept returns for defective products only. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the product defect.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, except in cases of defective products.

  • Fraudulent Activity: We take fraud seriously. Any evidence of fraudulent activity will result in the cancellation of your order and potential legal action.
