Perfumes, Oil Perfumes, Bodycare — Final Sale
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations (including federal restrictions on the transport of
flammable liquids), all perfume, oil perfume, bodycare products are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance product once purchased.
Please request a sample before ordering the product.
LUMI Home: Candles & Diffusers — Store Credit Only

Unopened, unused, factory-sealed candles and reed diffusers may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit for the full purchase price (excluding original shipping charges). No cash refunds.

Product must be unopened and or show no signs of usage

Product must be in original packaging

Customer pays return shipping

Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.

Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will issue a replacement or full store credit immediately.
